Subj: Euins Initial Statement Section: To: Jean Davison, 72733,3516 Tuesday, January 10, 1995 6:11:49 PM From: Jean, try to pay attention. The one specific issue this time was Hank's statement, a deliberate mispresentation of the facts for which you praise him, that Underwood never talked to Euins, but only overhead what Euins said to Harkness. I was pointing out that at least David Belin was honest enough to include Underwood's testimony which made it clear that Underwood HAD indeed talked to Euins. Hank claimed that Underwood never did talk to Euins. Underwood's WC testimony clearly states that he asked Euins not just once, but twice if Euins had said that the man was colored. Whether you agree with Underwood's recollection months later, the fact is that his WC testimony is that he talked to Euins. Hank said that Underwood had not talked to Euins. Do you get it yet??? Hank made a deliberate misrepresentation of what is in the WC testimony and you praise him for it. Do I need any more proof? Tony
