John Scelso (rnu), the man whom Angelton upstaged as the CIA liason to the WC said that Angelton had a direct phone line to Hoover and also to H.L.Hunt. Scelso also reckoned that Angelton was close to the mob and gave them protection. It does seem as though many widely disparate groups all come home to roost with J.J. doesn't it? Hemming is another one and he says so was Oswald. Tracy Barnes who was running Nagel and Morrow was CI. Morrow provided the arms, purchased from Permidex in Greece, that were confiscated at the Lake Ponchartrain training camp. Ferrie piloted the plane they used to fly to Greece for the arms. Shaw was on the board of Permindex. Was Angelton as influencial in Florida as he was everywhere else? I think so because he was very close to Harvey. Tony
