It's NOT Ferrie in the photo, as anyone who has looked into it knows. It's also not true that the photo wasn't uncovered until after the trial. Garrison's investigators asked people about it BEFORE the trial. They also knew that the man was Robert Brannon, not Ferrie, and that the photo showed a 1949 radio station benefit (Brannon worked at the station, Shaw was a friend of the owners).
