13 January—3 The Guangzhou Environmental Protection Department
After lunch at the Brazilian barbeque, I met up with Xiaohong and went to give a talk at the Guangzhou Enviromental Protection Department. Director Li, who had arranged it the previous day at lunch, was unable to attend. He sent Mr. He Fei the first man on the right, to s tand in for him.
