The Browns graciously invited us for tea that evening. Here are a few pictures from their home.

Bill has a huge collections of rocks and minerals, something he has been interested in since he was six years old. They occupy this cabinet and more.
Susan is serving refills on the cakes.
Susan and Bill are a wonderful couple.
Jinjin is listening politely to the conversation. Among other things, the evening provided our three Chinese friends with an opportunity to hear American English spoken in the rapid, colloquial sense. They also learned that both Bill and Susan speak good Chinese.
