How to decide whether the problem is data or thinking

Can’t decide about data until you decide about thinking.

Three steps required to decide the questions.

1. Formulate the way to think correctly.

2. Compare it with the ways being used and see whether people are thinking correctly.

3. Apply the correct thinking to the data and see whether conspiracy or nonconspiracy can be decided.

[Results: both data and thinking are problems.]
