Attack on Oswald

(Text) New York--An attempt was made today on the life of
Lee Harvey Oswald, who is charged with the assassination of President Kennedy.
The attempt was made while Oswald was being taken from the city to the county
prison.
An unidentified middleaged man who fired at Oswald was
detailed by police. Oswald was brought unconscious to the same hospital where
the President died.
