(Text) Moscow--Representatives of the Soviet public today
called at the residence of U.S. Ambassador Foy D. Kohler to express condolences
at the death of President John Kennedy on behalf of the Soviet Union of Soviet
Societies of Friendship and Cultural Relations With Abroad, the Soviet American
Institute, and themselves personally.
Signatures were left by Vice Presidents of the
Soviet-American Institute Nina Khrushcheva; academicians Ivan Artobolevskiy,
Ivan Petrovskiy, and Yevgeniy Fedorov; and also by Yevgeniy Ivanov, vice
president of the Presidium of the Union of Soviet Societies of Friend ship and
Cultural Relations With Abroad.
