cash, enters Western Union office, fills out forms to telegraph $25 to Carlin. Waits
patiently in line.
•11:17—Gets time stamped on
receipt. Walks half block to police station and enters basement via ramp briefly left
unguarded.

on way to car. Ruby lunges forward and shoots him in abdomen.
