Answer these questions (briefly):
This article is the best pure legal analysis of the JFK assassination that I have seen. At the same time that Packer is analyzing the core data, he is providing a general legal framework for approaching crimes. Find that framework, list its steps, and compare it with the modified scientific approach we are using in this course. How similar are the two? What are their differences, if any? Are those differences central or peripheral?
What does Packer conclude about the assassination, and how strong do you think his conclusions are?
