IAP 2—The Tower

    Perhaps the best-known part of IAP is its 325-m meteorological tower. Here are some photos of it.

Here you can see the instrumentation. The tower has 15 levels of instruments, each about 20 meters apart. Two levels also sample gases and aerosols (80 m and 240 m). They are also sampled at 8 m on the roof of one of the buildings (see next page).
