Georgia/Florida June 2001
In June of 2001 I had a chance to visit my former student Mei Zheng and her parents. They had just moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where Mei was beginning to work at Georgia Tech. (He husband, Xiaodong, was studying at UMass Lowell at the time.) We visited Atlanta and nearby Stone Mountain first (see Georgia), and then I drove Mei and her father down to Orlando, Florida, where we visited Disney World, University Studios, and Busch Gardens. The weekend after we returned, we went to Savannah, Georgia. A great time was had by all.
