Flight From Beijing To Ulanbaatar
On Sunday the 2nd of April 2006, Gao Qingxian and I flew from Beijing to Ulanbaatar, Mongolia. It was hazy in Beijing when we took off, but soon after we crossed the nearby mountains the air cleared and we could see desert dust everywhere. We flew over at least two areas of significant dust in the eastern Gobi Desert. I had my small camera with me, and was able to capture some pretty decent images of dust storms from above. Enjoy!
