Tour of Shanghai 4
More views of Wujiang Road.
We came across these two "statues" of babies in strollers.
Now we have taken the subway under the river and emerged at Lujiazui. It is full of high new buildings.
The area not only has high buildings, but a pretty park as well (Yanzhong Park). We walked around one side of it, and then entered by turning left up ahead.
A view of Yanzhong Park, with its winding walks and tall buildings in the background.
The most famous of the buildings here is the observation tower, named the "China Pearl."
This place was named "Panoramasail."
The children were having fun feeding crackers to the goldfish.
What better way to spend a quiet Saturday afternoon than by leaning casually against a tree in Yanzhong Park?
This scene is typical of all the new buildings going up in Lujiazui.
